From New England to the Texas Hill Country: Some flavors are born of a place—deep in the heart of Texas, where smoke and spice are a way of life. Others are born from a journey. Booty-Fire is the story of both. Our founder, Mike Morissette, grew up in the suburbs of Boston, enjoying all the foods that Bean-Town had to offer, whether it be Seafood, Italian, Chinese, or Irish cuisine. He traded the brick-lined streets of the North End for the wide-open spaces of Texas, but he never forgot the tastes of home; he just decided they needed a little more heat. Wanting more flavor in a Texas hot sauce than what the local 'store-bought' options could provide, he set out to develop a recipe that would complement his love of Texas barbecue and add a little kick to his Boston favorites. 

Through a lot of trial and error, Mike created our signature HOT Sauce. Sharing the newly crafted creation with family and friends, he received a simple but consistent message: 'You need to sell this!' With the help and support of his wife, Sandra, and the encouragement and guidance of some great friends, Booty-Fire, LLC was born. 

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE FLAVOR! Anyone can create a sauce that is HOT, but is it really enjoyable? Burning your mouth and numbing your throat has its place, but not in our products. Our mission is to provide handcrafted sauces that are both flavorful and enjoyable. 

The Booty-Fire philosophy is quite simple: use fresh, high-quality, and real ingredients to create unforgettable taste. We believe that great flavor shouldn't require a long list of additives and fillers.

Creating flavorful products: Our sauces are pepper-focused, not just fiery vinegar. 

Sourcing ingredients: Only the freshest, all-natural ingredients for our products; cheap ingredients and manufactured preservatives will cause

    an inferior product and lead to an overall sacrifice of taste and/or quality.

Handcrafted in small batches: Small-batch manufacturing allows us to ensure the quality and consistency of every product that leaves the 

     kitchen. Customer Service: We strive to provide exceptional service and create lifelong relationships with our customer base. There is
